HOUSING
WHAT IS
WELCOME
ASSISTANCE
It is a service provided by the Institute through which new families or singles are assigned a landing partner prior to their arrival to assist with living arrangements, airport pickup, and other pre-arrival needs. Landing partners are current students who provide helpful advice to make the transition to Costa Rica as smooth as possible. They also organize pick-up at the airport and meet you there. After arrival, new students are oriented to the neighborhood. This service has no cost. New students send a deposit to the school that the landing partner uses to secure housing, pay for transportation from the airport, and purchase anything the new families may need during the first few days. Any money remaining from this deposit will be refunded by the landing partner after arrival.
